Privacy choices

Delete selling data or your full account.

CashCam provides two different controls so you can remove selling activity without accidentally losing purchase protection—or delete the complete account when that is what you intend.

Keep your account

Delete Scan & Selling Data

  1. Open CashCam and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete Scan & Selling Data.
  3. Read the confirmation and choose the destructive action.

This deletes

Scans, detected items, My Items, listings, scan snapshots, marketplace preparations and listing status, Sales Assistant conversations and item context, private scan media, listing images, and local copies and caches.

This keeps

Your CashCam identity, optional Apple link, App Store purchase and entitlement records, unused spaces, CashCam Pro status, eBay connection, and saved eBay selling preferences.

Permanent

Delete CashCam Account

  1. Open CashCam and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete CashCam Account.
  3. Review the removal summary. Use Manage CashCam Pro if needed.
  4. Type DELETE and confirm permanent deletion.

This removes the CashCam account and linked Apple identity; all scans, items, listings, assistant conversations, marketplace preparations, seller preferences, eBay connection and encrypted tokens; private media; and local files, caches, sessions, and device identity.

Purchases and subscriptions after deletion

CashCam cannot erase Apple’s purchase history. Limited non-reversible transaction fingerprints and basic product/environment records may remain for security, accounting, fraud prevention, and entitlement integrity. Deleting the account does not cancel CashCam Pro.

To manage or cancel CashCam Pro, open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → CashCam, or use Manage CashCam Pro before deleting the account.
